In general – the Prysm Voice system handles voice messages per the default of your organization. Unless there are specific reasons exempting messages to be relayed to your email system (e.g. Protected Health Information [PHI] & HIPAA) any new voice messages are set to automatically deliver to your Inbox. Therefore sections of this area in the voice portal may be blank and not applicable to your use case.
To access the messages center, click the Messages icon at the top of the page:
The following figure shows an example of the messages screen. The sections following the figure describe the key areas on the page.
Voicemail
The New drop-down list allows you to review New, Saved, or Trash (recently deleted) messages.
You can play messages, click a number to call it back, and download, save, forward, and delete messages. To see all the controls available, hover the mouse point over a message.

Settings
Clicking the Settings tab displays options for controlling your voicemail order, timestamps, and greetings.
